Dalibor DEBARTOLI, dob 22.02.1974 in Ljubljana. In 1993 graduated on Srednja Kadetska šola in Tacen (Secondary Police school) After graduation employed by Ministry of Interrior – Police. While serving in Police he worked in following police units: Special Police unit (1993-1995), Police station Kočevje (1996-1998), General Police Directorate, Criminal Department – Sector for Special Operations (1998-2001),  Police Directorate Ljubljana – Criminal Department Ljubljana, Unit for Organized crime (2002-2004), Police station Ribnica– Deputy of Police station commander (responsible for Public peace and order, criminality), Bureau for Security and Protection (2005-2007).

While performing security tasks in Bureau for Security and Protection he studied and organized tasks on the field of personal and buildings security. In this period Debartoli while organizing visits with highest risk assessment (such us official visits of highest representatives of the states, delegations, for example OSCE meeting, NATO meeting, Regards to EURO...) gathered  enrichly professional experience on the filed of direct protectively- operative security.In 2007 Director of the Police appointed Debartoli for a Leader of the working group which was responsible to prepare Risk assessment in connection to hold the EU presidency.

Last 15 years he took part on different additional trainings (martial arts, shooting, safe driving, driving with 4X4 vehicles, enemergency police driving, surveilance and counter surveilance,  pyrotehnics course, Transport of dangerous persons on the airplanes, etc).

As the Head of the Preventive department in the Bureau for Security and protection Debartoli gathered ritchly experience also on the Senior management level. Besides other obligations he was responsible for protectively- operative security of Prime minister Mr. Janez Janša, Minister for Interrior Mr. Dragutin Mate and other ministers (gathering of the operative informations and preparation of Risk assessments). Debartoli is wellknown traditional JUJUTSU master. With his knowledge and experience he was responsible for martial arts trainings of other members of Bureau of Security and protection. National Chamber for Private Protection services in 2005 signed a special contract with Dalibor Debartoli. He is one of the official performers (instructors) for the national program – Protection of persons (CQB, Protective driving, Firearms, Telecommunications, Stress management, BG Protocol, Risk Assesment etc). Since 2002 actively cooperates as IBA Instructor at International Bodyguard Association training activities.

Holder of the IBA BG licence. On 19. september 2002 graduated on Police Academy, Rocenska 56, 1211 Ljubljana Šmartno. Also possess national professional certificates for Security officer, Bodyguard and Security manager. Just to mention. He was also working as Underwater military specialist in Special Intervention Unit – 1. Special brigade, Moris (1995-1996).

On 01. november 2007 he took over tasks of the Director in security company IBS Varovanje in storitve (International Bodyguard service).
